Heather complements her professional musical performances with teaching the Alexander Technique on central Vancouver Island.  The Alexander Technique is a method for improved posture, efficient movement, and reduction of body tension & strain.  Whether you are a musician, dancer, teacher, office worker, or have any other focus, you can learn to move with ease and freedom through learning the Alexander Technique either in private sessions or a workshop.
