August Refresher Lessons

Although I will be offering Alexander Technique lessons in Vancouver for a few days each month, I will be taking a break for the month of August while I settle into my new studio in Nanaimo.  Refresher lessons are next scheduled for early September in Vancouver.  In the mean time, don’t hesitate to visit Sound Being Studio in Nanaimo, or you can recommend Alexander Technique to any of your friends on Vancouver Island.
