Heather Walker is a professional horn player and a regular performer with the Kamloops Symphony Orchestra. When not performing music, she teaches the Alexander Technique out of her studio on Vancouver Island. The Alexander Technique is used to become aware of harmful movement patterns, change your thinking, and improve habits and posture.
