Instead, you are learning how to move according to your efficient design, so that you no longer create the problems that cause the pain!

Heather Walker is a certified teacher of the Alexander Technique and a professional musician. She teaches Alexander Technique out of her home studio in Nanaimo, B.C. She also gives masterclasses, workshops, and group classes at many different locations.
Heather plays French horn professionally with the Vancouver Opera, the Vancouver Island Symphony Orchestra, and other large ensembles and chamber music groups throughout British Columbia. She also teaches French horn privately and for school clinics.
